DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a technique used to address myofasical dysfunction (also known as trigger points/restricted muscles). This is beneficial for a variety of conditions, ranging from acute injuries to chronic conditions. Dry needling breaks up the pain cycle, increasing range of motion and blood flow while decreasing swelling and toxins, therefore allowing your body to heal.
